1. Wax Pattern Creation
The investment casting process begins with the creation of wax patterns. Skilled artisans inject premium wax into precision-engineered aluminum molds. These molds mirror the exact shape and dimensions of the final product with astonishing accuracy. The resulting wax model is the foundational blueprint for the entire casting process, and the quality of this wax pattern is crucial, directly influencing the final metal component's precision.
2. Assembly
In this stage, crafted wax patterns are meticulously attached to a central wax sprue, forming a pattern assembly or wax tree. 3. Shell Building

4. Dewaxing

5. Burnout/Preheating
Following dewaxing, the ceramic mold enters the burnout stage, facing extreme heat. This process eradicates any wax residue, hardens the ceramic, and primes the mold for pouring. Preheating ensures molten metal flows smoothly, filling cavities evenly and reducing defects. The mold is then perfectly prepped for metal infusion.
6. Pouring

7. Shell Removal

8. Cut-off
Once the outer shell is meticulously removed, the individual metal castings are separated with expert precision from the central sprue. 9. Finishing
