The packaging process begins with enveloping the parts in a protective plastic film or oil paper before snugly placing them in the wooden box. To ensure stability, wooden wedges or foam materials are used, effectively preventing any unwanted movement within the box.
Carton Packaging:
For smaller cast steel components, we recommend our lightweight and economical Carton Packaging. While cost-effective, it's crucial to address the carton’s strength and moisture resistance. Initially, these parts are wrapped in protective plastic or bubble bags and then carefully positioned in the carton. To ensure stability, fillers are added to prevent shifting during transit, maintaining the integrity of the contents.
Pallet Packaging:
Ideal for mass-produced cast steel elements, our Pallet Packaging technique involves neatly stacking parts on pallets, securely fastened with stretch film or strapping tape.
