Dimensional Accuracy: Our precision cast carbon steel accessories boast superior dimensional accuracy with a high tolerance range between CT6-CT9. This ensures excellent dimensional stability, perfectly aligning with the stringent accuracy demands of construction machinery castings. The innovative process of pattern vaporization and elimination during pouring ensures minimal dimensional errors, bypassing traditional discrepancies seen during pattern drawing and core setting.
Surface Quality: The exceptional surface quality of our castings is characterized by an impressive Ra value ranging from 6.3-12.5μm. Free of parting surfaces, our castings significantly reduce the incidence of defects like flash and burrs, delivering a sleek and high-quality finish. This makes them ideal for components and exposed parts of construction machinery where superior appearance is critical.
Internal Quality: Our casting process, conducted under a negative pressure state, ensures thorough filling and solidification of molten metal, enhancing the density and overall quality while minimizing issues such as air pockets and slag inclusions. Moreover, with the inclusion of a pattern, even castings with intricate structures, like those featuring internal cavities typical of construction machinery, achieve excellent shape and dimensional precision.

Transportation Precautions
Fixation and Protection:
During transportation, it is vital to meticulously secure and safeguard cast steel parts to avert any movement or collision within the transport vehicle or cabin. Large cast steel parts may necessitate the use of specialized fixing brackets and ropes for optimal stability. For smaller components, it is crucial to use sufficient fillers within the packaging to maintain their immobility and ensure their safe transit.
Transportation Route Planning:
Careful route planning is essential before commencing transportation, considering critical factors such as road conditions, bridge load capacities, and tunnel heights to guarantee the unimpeded journey of vehicles. For particularly large or hefty cast steel parts, liaising with the road administration to obtain necessary permits and arranging escort measures may be imperative.
Transportation Insurance:
Mitigate potential transportation risks by securing appropriate transportation insurance for your cast steel parts. When choosing a plan, weigh factors such as the value of the cargo, mode of transport, and route to determine the most fitting coverage.
Loading and Unloading Requirements:
Employ suitable loading and unloading equipment like forklifts and cranes operated by professionals when handling cast steel parts. Be vigilant to prevent any collisions or damage during the process, while ensuring the equipment’s safety and steadiness.
Packaging Forms
Wooden Box Packaging:
Ideal for cast steel parts of varying sizes and weights, especially the larger ones, wooden boxes provide excellent compression resistance and protection, preventing damage during transit. Initially, wrap the parts with plastic film or oil paper, then secure them in the box using wooden wedges or foam materials to avert shaking and maintain stability.
Carton Packaging:
For smaller cast steel parts, carton packaging offers a lightweight and economical option. Ensure the carton’s strength and moisture resistance. Wrap parts with plastic or bubble bags, then place them in the carton, filling any gaps to prevent movement.
Pallet Packaging:
For bulk quantities, pallet packaging is a practical choice. Neatly stack cast steel parts on the pallet and secure with stretch film or strapping tape. This method facilitates handling and transportation, particularly for uniformly sized parts in the agricultural and construction machinery sectors.
