Packaging Forms
Wooden Box Packaging:

Our robust wooden box packaging offers excellent compressive and protective attributes, ensuring your valuable cast steel parts remain intact and unharmed during transit. To maximize protection, each component is carefully wrapped in a sheath of plastic film or oil paper before being nestled securely in the wooden box. Innovative wooden wedges or cushioning foam materials are employed to immobilize the contents, eliminating any risk of movement or damage during transport.
Carton Packaging:
Designed for smaller cast steel parts, carton packaging provides a lightweight and economical solution. However, it's crucial to select cartons with optimal strength and moisture resistance to preserve the integrity of your products. The components are first enveloped in protective plastic or bubble bags, ensuring an extra layer of defense, and then carefully placed in the carton. Additional fillers are used to stabilize the items within, preventing any harmful shifts or impacts.
Pallet Packaging:
For high-volume production runs of cast steel parts, pallet packaging offers an efficient, streamlined solution. The components are systematically stacked on sturdy pallets and secured with resilient stretch film or robust strapping tape, facilitating effortless handling and transportation with forklifts. This method is particularly advantageous for components with consistent shapes and sizes, typically found in the agricultural and construction machinery sectors, ensuring your products arrive in pristine condition.
