Dimensional Accuracy: Renowned for its superior dimensional accuracy, our cast steel accessories ensure precise measurements with tolerance grades typically ranging from CT6 to CT9. The stability inherent in our castings guarantees the exactitude required for most construction machinery applications. Thanks to the unique pattern that vaporizes during the pouring process, common dimensional errors linked to pattern drawing and core setting are effectively eliminated, ensuring unparalleled precision.
Surface Quality: Boasting exceptional surface quality, our castings feature an Ra value between 6.3-12.5μm. The absence of parting surfaces minimizes defects such as flash and burrs, resulting in a high-quality appearance that stands up to the demands of exposed and visually critical components in construction machinery. This ensures that our products meet and exceed the stringent appearance standards vital for such applications.
Internal Quality: Our casting process allows molten metal to fill and solidify under negative pressure conditions, significantly enhancing the density and quality of the final product. This technique minimizes typical defects like air holes and slag inclusions. Furthermore, the presence of a pattern aids in achieving superior shape and dimensional accuracy, even in the most complex structural components of construction machinery, particularly those with intricate internal cavities.

Transportation Precautions
Fixation and Protection:
During transportation, it is imperative that our cast steel parts are securely fixed and comprehensively protected to avert any movement or collision within the transport vehicle or cabin. Large cast steel components may require special brackets and ropes for secure fixation, while smaller items need ample fillers within their packaging to maintain stability throughout the journey.
Transportation Route Planning:
Before embarking on transportation, a meticulously planned route is essential. Considerations should include road conditions, bridge bearing capacities, and tunnel heights to ensure the safe passage of the transport vehicle. For particularly large or heavy cast steel items, prior communication with the road administration is advisable to obtain necessary permits and organize any required escorts.
Transportation Insurance:
To safeguard against transportation risks, obtaining insurance for our cast steel components is highly recommended. Choose a comprehensive insurance plan by evaluating the value of the goods, preferred transportation mode, and planned route to ensure an optimal coverage tailored to your needs.
Loading and Unloading Requirements:
When handling the loading and unloading of our cast steel parts, the use of proper equipment such as forklifts and cranes is crucial. Ensure these operations are executed by skilled professionals to avoid any potential collisions or damage. It is equally important to maintain the safety and stability of the equipment during these processes.
Packaging Forms
Wooden Box Packaging:
This method is ideal for cast steel parts of any size, especially larger ones. Wooden boxes offer excellent compressive strength and protection, shielding components from pressure and impact during transit. Components are wrapped in plastic film or oil paper, then securely placed in wooden boxes with wedges or foam to prevent internal movement.
Carton Packaging:
For smaller cast steel parts, carton packaging offers a lightweight and economical solution. However, it's crucial to ensure the carton's strength and moisture resistance. Components are wrapped in plastic or bubble bags, placed in cartons, and secured with fillers to prevent movement.
Pallet Packaging:
Mass-produced cast steel components benefit from pallet packaging. Components are stacked on pallets and secured with stretch film or strapping tape, facilitating handling and transportation, especially for uniformly specified items prevalent in agricultural and construction machinery sectors.
