Casting parts for agricultural machinery stand as the quintessential foundational elements ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of such machinery. These parts encompass pivotal components like engines, transmission systems, and tillage devices, which include intricate pieces such as gearbox housings, robust plowshares, and harvester cutter shafts. Crafted with high-strength cast steel (ZG series), wear-resistant high manganese steel (ZGMn13), and corrosion-resistant alloy materials, they are engineered to withstand the rigors of impact, wear, and rust, even in the most extreme and demanding operating environments.
Our products are crafted to meet and exceed stringent international standards, including ASTM, EN, and ISO, and proudly carry certifications such as CE and API. These components are versatile and ideal for an extensive array of agricultural machinery, ranging from powerful tractors and advanced combine harvesters to efficient seeders.
In alignment with the burgeoning trends in agricultural intelligence and the shift towards lightweight solutions, the adoption of precision casting processes coupled with innovative materials like low-temperature steel ZG10MnNiCu, has markedly enhanced the durability and energy efficiency of our parts. This advancement not only boosts performance but also facilitates customized and integrated design solutions, effectively curtailing maintenance costs.

Note |
Apart from the above materials, we can cast based on customers' specifications |
Wooden Box Packaging:
Our wooden box packaging is ideal for cast steel parts of all sizes and weights, especially those large and robust pieces. Renowned for its excellent compressive strength and protective capabilities, wooden box packaging ensures your parts are shielded from pressures and collisions during transit. To package, each cast steel part is initially cocooned in either plastic film or oil paper, then nestled within the sturdy embrace of a wooden box. For added stability, wooden wedges or foam materials are strategically positioned to prevent any movement inside the box.
Carton Packaging:
Perfect for smaller cast steel parts, our carton packaging offers a light and cost-efficient solution. While economical, we prioritize the integrity of the carton by emphasizing strength and moisture resistance. Each part is lovingly wrapped in either plastic or bubble bags before being placed into the carton. We utilize fillers to ensure the parts remain snug and secure, avoiding any internal movement during transit.
Pallet Packaging:
For large-scale production of cast steel parts, pallet packaging is the preferred choice. Parts are meticulously stacked on pallets and secured with stretch film or strapping tape, facilitating easy forklift handling and transportation. This method is especially suited to parts with consistent specifications, serving industries such as agricultural and construction machinery.
Road Transportation:
Road transportation stands out for short distances or smaller batches of cast steel parts, boasting unmatched flexibility and quick delivery. It ensures goods arrive directly at the customer’s location. For larger parts, we leverage the capabilities of large flatbed trucks or specialized vehicles to ensure safe and efficient transit.
Railway Transportation:
Ideal for long journeys and substantial batches, railway transportation offers unparalleled volume capacity and cost-effectiveness, combined with a reputation for safety. Careful consideration is given to loading, unloading, and transferring. Typically, cast steel parts travel in containers or open wagons, ensuring their pristine condition upon arrival.
Waterway Transportation:
When exporting or reaching coastal destinations, waterway transportation emerges as a cost-effective, high-capacity choice. While slower, it demands careful measures for moisture and rust prevention. Our parts are securely transported in containers or on bulk carriers, maintaining their quality over vast oceanic distances.
Air Transportation:
For those critical orders and time-sensitive cast steel parts, especially in precision industries, air transportation offers unmatched speed. Though more costly, it guarantees rapid delivery. It's best suited for parts that meet size and weight requirements, ensuring they reach their destination when every minute counts.
