Packaging- Rust Prevention Treatment: The surface of the cast steel parts is sprayed or smeared with high-quality rust preventives to form a dense anti-rust film, effectively preventing rust during transportation and storage.
- Buffer Protection: For parts prone to bumps, buffer materials such as foam boards and sponges are used for wrapping to prevent collision damage during transportation.
- Outer Packaging: Small cast steel parts are packaged in sturdy wooden boxes, and the inside is filled with stuffing to ensure that there is no shaking during transportation; large cast steel parts are fixed with customized metal frames or wooden frames, and if necessary, container transportation is adopted to ensure transportation safety.
