Anti-noise
The contact surfaces of the manhole cover and the manhole frame are machined to make them fit more closely, ensuring there is no abnormal noise.

Anti-slip
Diamond-shaped block patterns are cast on the surface of the manhole frame. The manhole frame adopts a structural mode where rings are connected to each other. Moreover, T-shaped protrusions that increase the friction coefficient are set on the surface of the ring opening. In this way, the friction coefficient between the asphalt base material and the ring opening after being laid on the auxiliary road is increased.

Anti-displacement
Since the manhole frame is fixed to the ground by anchor bolts (see the small round holes in the figure for the fixing function), during the construction process, the manhole cover will not cause misalignment of the manhole frame opening due to the rolling of the road roller, thus achieving standard construction.

Anti-falling
The new five-prevention manhole cover has a built-in anti-falling grid inside, which can prevent people or other objects from falling and getting injured in case the manhole cover is lost.

Anti-theft
An anti-theft hidden box and an opening folding plate are set under the manhole cover and below the manhole frame, replacing the anti-theft chain. This completely plays the role of anti-theft and fundamentally eliminates the problem of rust caused by cavitation and water erosion.

Established in 1996 in Pingdu City, Qingdao, China, the company initially focused on delivering high-quality precision casting solutions for the agricultural machinery and automotive axle industries. During this phase, it primarily manufactured small-scale precision castings using traditional silica gel precision casting technology.  

2. Technological Accumulation and Expansion (1998-2014):
In 1998, the company introduced advanced investment casting and sand casting technologies, enabling the production of medium and large-scale precision castings. In 2006, it successfully obtained ISO9001 certification, ensuring consistent quality and reliability in its casting products. Between 2009 and 2014, the company significantly expanded its production facilities, added multiple new production lines, and adopted efficient casting processes, thereby enhancing its production capacity to meet the demands of diverse, multi-batch, and customized product manufacturing.

In 2016, the company began prioritizing brand building by actively participating in domestic and international industry exhibitions to enhance brand recognition. 2. Buffer Protection: For parts prone to bumps, buffer materials such as foam boards and sponges are used for wrapping to prevent collision damage during transportation.
3. Outer Packaging: Small cast steel parts are packaged in sturdy wooden boxes, and the inside is filled with stuffing to ensure that there is no shaking during transportation; large cast steel parts are fixed with customized metal frames or wooden frames, and if necessary, container transportation is adopted to ensure transportation safety.

    Q: How to solve the problem of cracking in thin-walled die-casting products?
    A: Suggest controlling the proportion of recycled materials to ≤ 30%, calculating the mold retention time based on a wall thickness of 1mm/3s, controlling the ejection delay within 0.5-2 seconds, and optimizing the mold cooling system.

2. Equipment and operation category
    Q: How to handle emergency situations when the injection head is stuck in the goose neck area?
    A: After the equipment cools down, try rotating the hammer head. If it cannot be rotated, replace the driver cylinder; Long term solution: It is recommended to upgrade the material of the material pot and regularly clean impurities.

3. Q: Is there intermittent discharge during material feeding?
    A: Check if the nozzle is blocked (the gray section indicates blockage), which can increase the nozzle temperature by 5-10 ºC, shorten the nozzle departure time by 0.1-0.2 seconds, and moderately reduce the flow rate of the fixed mold cooling water.
